With a focus on delivering successful outcomes for her clients, Lynda works closely with owners corporations, managers, committee members and lot owners to advise and assist on matters pertaining to owners corporation rules, leasing and licensing of common property, common property defects and disputes, debt recovery and enforcement of VCAT orders.
Lynda also regularly appears in hearings, mediations and compulsory conferences at VCAT in relation to a range of owners corporation issues, disputes and debt recovery.
Prior to joining KCL Law, Lynda worked for a range of law firms and a not-for-profit ombudsman scheme where she gained vast experience in commercial litigation, Court and tribunal proceedings, insolvency and bankruptcy matters, building and construction disputes, recovery of monies, professional negligence and liability. Her previous clients have included Australian and international companies, regulatory and statutory bodies, charities and high-net-worth individuals.
Lynda was admitted to practice in 2001, after completing a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws at The Australian National University. She is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria, Strata Community Association – Victorian Division and Property Council of Australia – Victorian Division.
